The Bridge Educational Society was awarded Employer of the Year 2021 through the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence Awards. To have been nominated for this award by employees was so heartwarming to our Board of Trustees and our administrators. And then to be named the winner by a panel of independent local judges is something to truly celebrate!

Career Opportunities
The Bridge Educational Society (BES) is the non-profit society that oversees the operations of both Okanagan Waldorf School and the new Early Years Centre. When you work at either location on our campus, you are an employee of The BES. We are located within the Rural Northern Immigration Program’s (RNIP) approved geographical area.
